Wallegram — Privacy Policy

Who we are
Wallegram is a membership platform for fitness clubs and similar venues in Azerbaijan. The Wallegram mobile app lets members of participating venues sign in with their phone number, see their memberships, and enter with a QR code. This policy covers the Wallegram mobile app and the wallegram.com services behind it.
Data we collect
Account data you provide: your mobile phone number (verified by SMS code) and, optionally, your name, email, gender, date of birth and interests.
Membership data from your venues: when a participating venue registers your phone number, your membership at that venue (plan, validity, remaining visits, access-card number), your visit history (entry/exit times) and your purchases at that venue are linked to your account so the app can show them to you.
Technical data: a device identifier used to secure your rotating entry QR code, and standard server logs (IP address, timestamps) kept for security and reliability.
How we use it
To sign you in (SMS one-time codes), show your memberships and visit history, generate your entry QR code, operate loyalty tiers where a venue offers them, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing
Your membership data is shared only between you and the venues you are a member of — each venue sees only its own members. Infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, SMS delivery) process data on our behalf under contract. We disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.
Retention & deletion
Account data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Personal info → Delete account): this deletes your app account, unlinks your memberships from your phone and revokes your QR entry devices. Records that belong to a venue (e.g. its member register and sales records) remain with that venue, as required for its own accounting.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at info@wallegram.com. We answer within 30 days.
